To cancel you event you must contact us by phone. You are not cancelled until you get a conformation from us.

**Cancellations over 7 Days before event 25% of deposit.

**Cancellations within 7 Days of event 50% of deposit.

**Cancellations within 48 hours of event 75% of deposit.

**Rescheduling within 48 hours of event 25% of deposit.

**Rescheduling day of event is considered cancellation forfeiting entire deposit.

We can set up indoors or covered spaces outside if temperature allows and can make most spaces work.

* Certain animals may not be available in certain temperatures if a heat/air conditioned space is not available.

Space requirements: 12 ft area for small animals events and 25x40 ft for large animal events.
